One particular gentleman who manages the attendance stands out – he is incredibly friendly, respectful, and approachable. His warm greeting each morning helped Zara feel comfortable and gave me reassurance as a parent. It’s clear that the staff go above and beyond to personally check on each child, ensuring they are settled, happy, and engaged. What impressed me most is how the team made efforts to communicate with Zara regularly, gently encouraging her to come out of her shell. Their approach has been both compassionate and consistent. To see her begin to interact, smile, and enjoy herself has been a true joy. As a parent, nothing is more comforting than seeing your child thrive in a nurturing environment.
