“This was my old school 1964 - 1971 the boys play ground was on the left at the end of the long drive and girls and juniors to the left my wost teachers were from class 7 -9 but at class 10 Mr Williams was my best teacher this school had its mini swimming pool to the rear of the dinning area in the boys playground and still had bomb shelters Beside the play ground happy memories”

“I worked in this school today as a Supply Teacher. I was greeted by the 'front of house' personnel who showed me around the school and made me feel very welcome. A very professional but caring approach. I taught 5Maple for the morning and 2Fir in the afternoon. “This is my sons 2nd year at St Christopher’s. Recently as a parent I had some concerns on syllabus content and the way in which Mr Lyon and Miss Clarke dealt with this was above and beyond just being professional. They were approachable, listened and showed a great deal of humility and understanding. As a parent we choose to entrust our children in the expert care and understanding of schools and the teaching staff, however being able to support that learning in a way that is nurturing and always in the interest of the child and their individuality is special. Not all schools listen. My recent experience with both teachers gives me confidence in St Christophers ability not to just teach my child but to nurture him and make the learning journey collaborative and positive. Parent teacher engagement is key to successful learning experiences. Keep up the Good Work!”
