“I went to Flora Hair Salon for a colour correction after a really bad experience at another salon. The highlights I previously got were nothing like what I had asked for, and to make matters worse, the top half of my head didn’t even match the bottom half. As a woman who covers her hair, I was taken to the section at the back of the salon where they had a curtain for extra privacy.
