“A beautiful birthday bouquet was slightly spoiled after 3 days when 3 of the roses died. I thought I would let the florist know since firstly I was disappointed and secondly it may have been a bad supplier who he should be informed about. I emailed very late on Saturday evening and was exceedingly surprised to receive an instant response apologising and offering to replace not only the roses but the entire bouquet, which arrived on the following Tuesday as promised. This was over and above any expectation and truly appreciated. At no time did I ask for a replacement or refund, neither did I think I would have a reply to my email - but an instant response around midnight on a Saturday was exceptional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this florist and will use them in future.”
