“I have been meaning to write this review for some time. When I was traveling to my grandmother's funeral, I stopped to pick up a card. I had already been to a florist in Debden & Loughton. Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need! They really take the time to listen to what you want and make thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. On my last visit, they were working on a large order, and I was genuinely impressed by how stunning it looked—beautifully arranged and clearly made with care. You can tell they take real pride in their work. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail you receive.
