   These guys are awful. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. Will never use them again. First when we ordered and they were going to deliver to their other shop in Wembley. After correcting that by going to them and seeing them face to face, they did not have it ready when promised. These were flowers for a funeral and because I persisted in telling them they were unreliable (which is a fact - in fact reliably unreliable) Bakta was prepared to cancel the order because I called them unreliable, with reason. That is the level of callousness of this business. Couldn’t care a toss for the customer and prepared to sacrifice the order in spite. After giving me unreliable delivery times of 6.30-7pm, 7.15, 7.30 etc etc we finally received it at 8pm. Don’t trust them and their client care is laughable.

   I was really impressed with the quality of the flowers. I ordered my wedding garlands and bridal hair flowers from here. The staff helped me with my order, and it was ready for collection on the day as expected. They also advised me on how to keep the flowers fresh as on my wedding day, the temperature was 26°C. I would recommend Valli’s.

   Terrible customer service. Kept increasing prices whilst talking. Was will to pay £40 but unfortunately I decided to walk out due to the manner the staff spoke to me. Spend your money elsewhere

   If I could give a 0 star I would. Avoid this shop at all cost. They lied and showed me something fresh and then switched the box for a old off jasmine. When I went back on the same day to tell them I want to exchange as you haven't given me what you showed me, they was very rude and refused to exchange or even refund and lied saying you made them go brown! Absolute filthy liars and they over charged me. Find somewhere else to buy your flowers!

   We been buying from this shop for many years now - they moved from Manor Park to Gants Hill recently - they are specialist flower shop catering to temple goers - great variety of items relating to South Indian temple puja - they also sell gorgeous fragrant Indian jasmine flower

   i called the shop to ask where are you located . the lady replied first replied i don’t know. then we found the shop and the door was locked and they made us wait outside . when we finally got inside they had no flowers . why are you calling your self a florist when you don’t sell fresh flowers we did phone first to ask

   Its a small shop close to the Lonfon Sri Murugan temple. The only unique point aboit this store is, they sell fresh Indian flowers like Jasmine. Apart from that they also sell small jewellery items too. Staff are friendly.
