“I came into this florist on a friend’s recommendation I’ve been in twice now, and each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. They really take the time to listen to what you want and make thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. On my last visit, they were working on a large order, and I was genuinely impressed by how stunning it looked—beautifully arranged and clearly made with care. You can tell they take real pride in their work. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail you receive. That’s why I’ve chosen to trust them with something very special—they’ll be creating the garlands for my son’s wedding. I’m confident they’ll do an amazing job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and fantastic service! I will update the review and add photos once I receive my garlands”

“Sidra is a AMAZING teacher who does not miss out on anything. I took on the course to learn how to make floral jewellery myself and she was super efficient and really cared to give every last detail. She still takes the time out to respond to my messages when I ask her anything about what I’ve learnt. I’ve also seen her work on family and friends and the quality is insane. “I was really impressed with the quality of the flowers. I ordered my wedding garlands and bridal hair flowers from here. The staff helped me with my order, and it was ready for collection on the day as expected. They also advised me on how to keep the flowers fresh as on my wedding day, the temperature was 26°C. “I have been meaning to write this review for some time. When I was traveling to my grandmother's funeral, I stopped to pick up a card. I had already been to a florist in Debden & Loughton. Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need! I wish you all the very best for the future, and would strongly encourage anyone to use this kind florist! Kindest regards!”
