“Great multi sport gym based around combat sports. The staff are dedicated and know their subject and are on hand to be helpful - so if they offer advice then take it! Facilities are clean. Lots of parking. Good studio classes and cardio area. Combat area and combat training is second to none. Professional quality that is affordable and accessible to anyone.”

“I only go to Nuffield because of Gina’s Zumba classes! She’s absolutely amazing — so energetic, positive, and lovely. Her classes are always fun, full of great vibes, and a fantastic workout. Gina has such a great way of making everyone feel welcome and motivated. She really brings the energy every single time. Nuffield is so lucky to have her!”

“The Nest climbing is a fantastic facility for your bouldering adventures. The staff and people make it a very friendly and welcoming place for climbers of all ages and skill levels to participate in the sport we love. There are a number of expert led small grouped classes to participate in between your time on the wall helping you build mobility and strength in order to progress in your climbs. I can recommend this place highly enough.”

Large emphasis on correct technique and building confidence for beginners, with plenty of opportunity for more motivated students to advance their training. Trainers and assistants are always on hand to discuss any questions you might have. Quickly form friendships with other students and gain confidence through regular sparring. Maiwand also teaches the use of various weapons such as nunchucks, broadswords and staffs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build their fitness, discipline and self confidence through martial arts.”
