After running with the Sunday group, I engaged Clare for some 1:1 coaching to tidy up my instruction calls for when I'm running with our rescue dog. What can I say but within 24 hours of our coaching session, my instructions are streamlined and I have a really attentive dog who is working harder than ever to hit his markers, making me one happy runner and him feel like the winner he is!
