“A wonderful experience with Dr Lin. I have neck pain for couple years. He treated me with fu needle (fast relief) which is supposed to be more efficient than the acupuncture and afterwards I feel much more relaxed. This is amazing. I was very worried it could be painful however I can barely feel it. Dr. Lin is very professional and very patient to me. They also suggest me to take herbal medicines to help with my wellbeing. “Came today for my 4year old sons potential allergy. Got there an hour before his appointment. Went in and was greeted by lovely smiley reception staff. (Obviously being early I expected to wait a very long time) sat down and within minutes my sons name was called to be weighed and measured, again the nurse who did this was lovely and chatty. We went and sat back down again, and minutes later were called by the dr! After seeing the dr we were told we’d need a blood test! I was told we could numb it and wait an hour or use the cold spray straight away, so off we go to have the blood test with cold spray! The 2 nurses doing it were again so lovely and explained everything that would happen. A bonus for my son was a sticker and toy! I’m so impressed with how everything went! We were in and out of the car park before his actual appointment time! I’m sure not every day runs as smoothly as it did this morning but I’d like to thank everyone as it was a fantastic experience!”
