βMy kids have been attending Karate Academy Hounslow for the past three years, and it has been an incredible journey for them. They have grown in confidence, discipline, and focus, all while thoroughly enjoying each session. The academy provides a supportive and structured environment that fosters both physical and mental strength, helping them develop valuable life skills beyond just karate. The dedication and encouragement from the coaches are truly commendableβthey keep the kids engaged, motivated, and constantly striving for their best. If youβre looking for a place where your child can learn, grow, and be inspired, I highly recommend Karate Academy Hounslow!β

βVery happy with the sensei who is fun but firm with the kids. My ones are always looking forward to the lessons. Age 5 & 12.β
βAbsolutely real self defense! Proper training, excellent explanation and knowledge about the techniques, very well organized! Highly recommend!β

βAfter 12+ years, this place has built me as a character by making me more disciplined, self controlled, confident. This skills mental skills Iβve learnt here, help me in my everyday life and allow me to be a better person overall. In addition, karate has taught me self defence and allowed me to master fighting and weapons which I can apply when necessary. Overall this place improved my social, mental and physical health and well-being by pushing you to your limits through vigorous and moderate physical training.β
βI have learnt karate since the age of 7 and honestly have no regrets. Wanting to learn martial arts at a young age every dojo I had attended was uninviting and singled out. But onset of joining HIKA I had felt as thought I had joined a community and family of all ages with a zero ego. Alongside the self defence aspect the learning of skills such as leadership, confidence and discipline are all aspect you can take away from karate to other sectors helping you excel further. This has worked for me personally hence my recommendation. Rather than a martial arts centre it is home. To be around like minded people is a blessing every day and a get away from the stresses in life. This is all thanks to the senseis and their teaching and capabilities to welcome us like their family and give us guidance.β
βI have trained with MAFI for over 15 years, together with my children who are now adults. The instructors are excellent and very professional, the dojo is very friendly and inclusive, teaching all ages and levels, everyone is welcome and encouraged.β
