“I come here regularly to get some specific ingredients for baking. It's one of my most favourite shops in the area, as it is very well organised and tidy! Always fully stocked. They have good selection of breads, biscuits, herbs and spices, dairy products, smoked meats, fish, sausages, fresh vegetables. They also have frozen food items from ice creams to pancakes, to kibins and traditional potato dumplings, to fish and sausages. They even have a counter of fresh cakes (Snickers and Rafaello cakes are our fave), as well as a Deli counter for cooked Lithuanian specialties, sauerkraut and salads.”

“Rooms are clean, service is good at the bar and reception. Only problem is the location. You've got Holywood bowl, a cinema and a McDonald's all close by. No pubs close by for the drinkers out there. The bar downstairs gets quite busy though. 24h too. Same as the McDonald's across the car park.”

“A wonderful small museum in a lovely building which was nearly demolished by the LCC. Excellent for children and adults of any age. A warm welcome from the lady on duty.”

“What a lovely place. From first booking our afternoon tea to arriving, Kelly was great. Our groups food intolerances were catered for extremely well & everyone enjoyed a delicious & plentiful afternoon tea. We had lovely fresh sandwiches, warm soft scones, not dry or crumbly & a large variety of delicious cakes all served in authentic crockery, a nice touch. Even our dog was welcomed just as much as we were. We had to take our leftovers home as we couldn't finish all of the delicious cakes, a welcomed treat later on. Thank you to Kelly & Eastbrookend tea rooms for a lovely afternoon tea. We'll be back & would recommend!”

“The fish and chips was tasty without being greasy. Everything I had was of really good quality and without breaking the bank. This is going to be my regular spot from now on. Highly recommend particularly in this are as I think it lacks good options but luckily we have this place. Honestly 4.5 out of 5 l, a truly great place. Would happily eat here most days!”

“Got 2 large pizzas delivered. Delivery was fast, delivery driver was nice BUT when the pizza came oh my gosh it was amazing! Normally I don’t get pizza from this branch but I’m so glad I did! Pizza was hot like it was fresh out of the oven (unlike some other branches) and was so tasty! If I could rate 10 stars I would, honestly RECOMMEND!”

“We stumbled across this restaurant on Uber Eats randomly one evening and now it's the only take away myself and partner want! The food is always served hot, generously portioned and so tasty. After recently having a baby, some nights the last thing I want to do is cook a dinner, the quality of food and the speedy delivery often make it an easy decision just to order something in insted... To the point its become a weekly occurance as we always end up saying 'fancy a marinate'. I want to personally thank you for always being so friendly and polite at the door and for making my life a tad easier with all the chaos going on with the perks of having a new baby and for the chance to sit down and actually have a meal some nights :) If in doubt, give it a try, I doubt you will be disappointed Order #6F352”

“I visited this restaurant last week and would highly recommend their Naga wings (Medium spice) 10/10 and their double cheese burger. The restaurant itself was very clean and had more than adequate space between tables :). Hope they maintain this very high standard of service.”

“I don’t know when this woman will get get the recognition she deserves… There is a Portuguese lady who works here. that is the kindest soul. No matter how packed the store is, she takes charge and speeds up the queues quickly by opening another till or directing people to available self checkout kiosks, never imposing, always with a smile. She’s always patient and ready to help. The rest of the staff are generally quite good, but she definitely stands out by far! I think her name is Sandra…”

“Had a lovely lunch here today… On a cold and windy day, it was nice to be in a warm and comfortable environment, eating a hot lunch. Jenny and Ellie served us and were very friendly and attentive. The food went down well, evident by our cleared plates.”

“I was skeptical because of previous reviews however, the food was excellent and service was friendly. We walked in to collect our order and was waiting a few minutes as they had not heard us walk through the door and was busy in the kitchen. The gentleman was extremely polite and apologetic and offered us some extra prawn crackers. Delivery times I cannot vouch for but I can honestly say even the best restaurants have let me down with delivery in the past. Going by the food quality, portion size and very friendly staff, this will be my regular.”

“I use the coop during peak times everyday and I have noticed a staff member in particular Maria always works especially hard, even on her own during really busy times she is polite, efficient and a brilliant worker. Maria definitely deserves some recognition for her hard work, I've seen how long her ques get without help!”
