“I visited West Valley Hospital on 12/05/2023. My experience visiting was great. The team were very polite, friendly, reassuring and kept me informed throughout of my procedure and spoke me through step by step. I was given instructions and a map on how to find the hospital and was warmly welcomed by front desk staff, this put me at ease as i was feeling very anxious. I attended the hospital for steroid injections in my hand. Having suffered with arthritis after an injury two years ago. I was seen by Mr Rhee. He has been my consultant and has been fantastic. This procedure is not pleasant but Mr Rhee did his upmost to ensure I was kept informed, relaxed and comfortable and I knew every step of the procedure. A lovely lady named Salome held my hand and kept me calm throughout. Since having the injections I am finally pain free for the first time in two years and am able to do normal everyday tasks!
