“Great experience. My 18x50 binos came with a loose focuser wheel from the factory. I debated for some time about sending them back in, but decided it best incase of further wear/damage. Very reasonable turnaround time and really good repair, cant have been easy peeling back the waterproofing and reapplying it so well again. No quibbles over warranty repair either. Next day return postage (even though I only specified standard). Lenses were super flawless of dust. Thanks again”
