“Just completed my physio treatment with Jai and am so happy to be back at work and in the gym doing the things I need and love. Was worried when I had an MRI which showed some disc bulges in my lower back, but Jai reassured me and got to work on me with some massage and stretching type exercise and some moving my back about and then some harder core exercises. Took about 8 weeks in total but money well worth spent. I would highly recommend him!”
