The children benefit from a diverse range of skilled childcare professionals and the children are able to utilize the skills of the team to ensure they are able to not only feel safe, supported and nurtured but they are also offered educational content each day, I can see from below that some parents do not understand the basic principles of children settling into a new placement, as parents we need to lead my example, be understanding and empathetic.
