“I went to see Alexandra today to have a reflexology massage, my eyebrows plucked then had a microdermabrasion facial combined with pressotherapy. It was such a lovely experience to be pampered in this way and just be able to switch off from the chaotic everyday world. It was a very warm, cosy experience - Alexandra really made sure I was well taken care of in every way. Her attention to detail with each of the treatments was amazing. “Staying locally for work at the local studios. We found Paolo's on Google. Arrived, seen to very quickly. Lovely young lad serving us (Elli - shout out). The owner and his wife were in the restaurant. Very friendly, chatty, polite, courteous, accommodating and overall lovely. We had beers and wine to drink - no complaints, all good. Now on to the main subject matter: the food. Very good. Well above average. Recommendable. We are from London, so have eaten at many Italian restaurants. Paolo's is in the top 3 I can think of. What we had as outstanding, furthermore. We will likely go back again tonight. The bill was £130 for numerous starters, mains, sides and alcoholic drinks. Like I said; no complaints. “Had one of the best pastries here - The Cruffin!!! Delicious and filled with cheese cake & available flavours - we had Blackberry. It was the best ever.... The staff are friendly and warm. Set near the Aldenham Country Farm, the cafe has warm indoor seating and a large tent, just like camping.”
