“This was my first time visiting a headmasters ever and what a positive experience I’ve had. I went to a stylist called Caitlin who I was recommended through a friend who has gone to Caitlin on several occasions and has always been happy with the result. As soon as I walked into the salon she made me feel really welcomed, her consultation was thorough and left me feeling really confident in her ability’s to reach the goal I wanted to achieve that day. She talked me through everything, even whilst she was doing my hair she was telling me about the technique she was using and why she was doing it/ what result it would give me. She could tell I was nervous and really tried her best to keep me informed and comfortable. The end result was amazing, exactly what I wanted! The balayage blended beautifully and made me feel so confident, Caitlin really went the extra mile to ensure I got the result I wanted, I didn’t feel like my appointment was rushed at all (which was one of my concerns from using another chain salon) all the girls where very nice and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Caitlin and to all the other girls at headmaster Raynes Park, such a lovely team!!”
“Lovely family business, wife is main groomer, husband helps with larger dogs, their own 5 dogs look on. Clearly dog fanatics who really look after your dog well. Really recommend this small firm, know what they are doing, do it well and CARE for your dog. A thoroughly well earned 5 Stars. Brian”
