Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them. She also gave lots of advice about caring for the piercings so they heal nicely. Overall, a really great experience and would recommend if your getting your first piercing or your thirtieth.”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“Just had a child's party here, very good all staffed made my daughters party fantastic, we privately hired and had the gold package and all kids got a slushy with there food and they loved it. It took the stress out of sorting the party I just had to turn up and everyrhing was done the cake was sliced up party bags done. The place was very clean before they party and they kept onto throughout our stay, after the party it was cleaned up very quickly for the next. Loads of seating lots of space and didn't feel crowded, would give 10/10 for this place and would recommend for a child's party place at a very good price for what we got ( we think so)”

Home from home environment, arts and crafts, baking, walks and adventures, outdoor play and childminder playgroup sessions (singing and dancing, bouncy castles, yoga, reptiles). “Moved into a new place last month. When I picked up the keys Sunday night it was ewww icky. The landlord and I agreed to split the cleaning fee because I wanted it really clean. In a rush? Finding someone in a Sunday night for Monday morning? What? Impossible! Nope. I was able to book online, they confirmed and we're here on time. We had a mother daughter team and they were funny and friendly and cleaned like...well, like I can only do on speed. Truth! So instead of rehab, I left it to the professionals.”

“Ordered delivery from here twice now, not sure why the bad reviews. Ordered salt n pepper chips, salt n pepper chicken and egg fried rice. All delicious and delivery first time was 30 mins, second time 40 mins and food was still nice and hot when it arrived.”

“I feel the need to write this review due to the many unnecessary unfair reviews. I am writing this review to provide feedback on the experiences of my wife, who is a patient at Dr. Subramanian's practice. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Subramanian for many many years, and we wish to convey that she finds him to be an excellent and highly valued doctor. She is more than extremely satisfied with the care she receives and would not consider changing practices. Regarding her access to appointments, my wife has always been able to get an appointment when needed and has never encountered any difficulty in being seen. This is in stark contrast to my own doctors at the same health centre, where it can be impossible to get an appointment unless you book three weeks in advance. Despite the option to call at 8 am for a same-day appointment, I have found it nearly impossible to get through to the practice, which often just gives an out-of-service tone. This brings me to a common complaint I hear from people about potential delays to appointment times. I have observed that Dr. Subramanian often makes a significant effort to accommodate patients who present with urgent issues on the day. Furthermore, I have noticed that delays can also occur when patients require a double appointment but only book a standard one, or they present with multiple issues they need addressing. From what I can see, the doctor is very thorough and compassionate in addressing all of their concerns, which can sometimes extend beyond the scheduled time. While this might occasionally lead to waiting longer for a pre-booked appointment, I believe this reflects a true commitment to ensuring those with immediate needs are seen, and that everyone gets the time they need. This responsiveness for urgent matters is something I value greatly, as it is not always my understanding of how easy it is to access care at other practices. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the care and accessibility provided by Dr. Subramanian. He is a credit to his profession.”

“We are a military family. The orchards nursery staff are the best we've found anywhere. They genuinely care for our littles, and the atmosphere is the most loving ive found in any of the 4 nurseries we've used before. 100% reccomend. My son still asks for his teachers months after we moved away.”
