The staff are wonderful, willow joined from a year old and has learnt and developed so much. Piper has just recently joined and I was nervous about having to drop her off (during this pandemic) and not being able to see her react to being left alone. But with the help of the staff at Great Moor, I was instantly settled knowing that she was good and happy, Piper loves coming to nursery and her skills have progressed so much since going. I would recommend the friendly loving staff and nursery all day. I look forward to Willow & Piper returning in september. Thank you x”

“My two children absolutely love First steps, they have been there since they were 8 months and 2 attending a couple of days and now 2 and 4 attending full time Monday to Friday. Every room they’ve been in and moved up into has been brillliant. They have lots of outside time and lots of structured activities as well as free play too, they come home with so many things they’ve made that they’re so proud of! Too many to name but all staff have been amazing, I’ve seen mostly the same faces the whole time as turnover is so low and my children have adored everybody, they’ve made me feel so comfortable and confident leaving them knowing they’re so well looked after, there’s a real family feel. Ian, Luke and Tina have been brilliant, so organised in their management of everything and so helpful with flexibility where I’ve needed. So glad my kids have spent their first years here!”
