I proposed to my now fiancée on holiday just before Christmas but this wouldn’t have been possible without Martin and the team quickly repairing a damaged ring I bought elsewhere in such a small amount of time and making that moment a reality. Returning from my holiday I completely changed the ring and bought a beautiful ring from Randalls which they kept aside until my return. Lucy shows much pride in her work and care for our dog and it is evident she is like this with all of her dogs based on how busy she is with all of her regular clients! We have used a bigger groomer company previously when our dog was a pup and he was so overwhelmed with the noise and other dogs he used to come out shaking and so stressed; Lucy’s 1:1 set up is absolutely perfect, especially for more nervous dogs and we haven’t looked back.”
