“We've been having an electrical problem with our Ford C-Max for the last few weeks, so I called in at MHB Auto Spares this afternoon to ask if they could take a look at the battery and alternator for me. Without hesitation, they popped the bonnet and ran a free check on the battery - it needed a new one. It's quite complex to change the battery on a C-Max, as parts of the engine need removing in order to swap out the battery. Just 20 minutes later, a new battery was fitted, complete with a 12 month warranty at an AMAZING price - even cheaper than I could have bought the battery for online! “I needed a small fix to a very difficult dent on the corner of my wife's car. Talking to M & M was very straightforward: if it could be pushed back from the inside that would be the simple fix; if not there would be a minor pin-welding to pull it out, followed by grinding and then the paint job. Fully explained at all times. The end result was a full restoration to the original lines of the corner and my wife was delighted! (That was me off the hook, since I was responsible for the dent.) Cost wise the nearest alternative quote was nearly a hundred extra, with a lot of hints it mighty well be more extensive than they could see. Many thanks for an excellent job!”
