Has the patience of a saint (particularly when we ask him to explain things to us) and appears to work all hours (someone give him a raise). “Dean well deserves his five stars. He worked very hard this morning putting up shelves, fitting window catches and towel rails etc in bathroom and loo. He took a great deal of care over every little job and offered good advice where appropriate. He has a friendly demeanour and as an older woman alone, I felt safe having him in the house. I took it to a tyre place who had a look and diagnosed it was the brake disc protection plate that had come loose, they advised they couldn’t help but it was very dangerous to drive. Found g2 garages and the man there who was obviously very busy took the wheel off and removed the plate for me. He didn’t have to and I find that really rare these days. Thank you again g2”
