I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming and the dentist ( Natasha) was amazing and put me at ease all the way through my appointment. I had a filling and scale/ polish this morning and felt no pain at all. Natasha talked me through each procedure as she did it. I was really comfortable with no anxiety throughout. “Myself and my 4 year old son came here recently and I'm very happy with our haircuts and the service. The lady who cut our hair was happy to listen to what i wanted and gave us both a very professional haircut. As i was waiting for my son to have his hair cut I could see the other two barbers where really concentrating on the cuts they were doing too, there was no rushing and no messing around. It was a nice quiet (but not awkward) atmosphere. Also my son has a speech and language problem and i really appreciate that the lady who cut his hair didn't comment at all about him being quiet or tried to ask him a lot of questions, she just respected him being quiet and made him feel comfortable. I hate having my haircut and get very anxious about it but will go here in future.”

“From the minute I walked into reception on the day of my operation I felt everyone I dealt with was a credit to the organisation. The reception staff were very polite and professional as I was booked in. The porter who took me to my room was very nice and explained everything to me. All the nursing and catering staff were professional and caring making this a less stressful experience. I can’t praise Mr Zeiton enough. Both he and the anaesthetist visited me in my room and fully explained everything that was going to happen. When I was shown down to the operating theatre I was instantly put at ease and the procedure was completed without any stress or worry. The aftercare was fantastic and Mr Zeiton showed me what he’d done after having an X-ray the following day. I was discharged with everything I needed and I had full knowledge of what to do and when my next appointments were. The physio staff made sure I was fit to leave and knew what exercises to do before my appointment. The whole experience was made better with being made to feel valued and cared for from walking in the door to walking out.”
