“Took our dogs here yesterday and I couldn't be happier. One of the dogs is a really difficult customer and won't stop wriggling, but he still looks perfect. I saw them working on him as he was still being trimmed when I arrived to collect them (his fault) and the staff were really patient with him. I'll definitely be going here from now on. “Charlotte looked after our two rabbits whilst we were away over Christmas and New Year. She was amazing with them both, and kept us updated with pictures and info each day. She saw to them twice a day, kept their areas tidy and cared for them like they were her own. She even went shopping to get extra veggies for them when needed. Would definitely use Charlotte again when we are away, and would recommend her to anyone!”
