“I had a full body massage with Mobina and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She picked up on my problem areas straight away without me needing to explain much, and talked me through what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent — she checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. What really stood out was that she didn’t just stop at the massage. She also gave me personalised stretches and exercises to help with my specific tension and pain going forward. All the staff were really lovely even at the reception, and made me feel welcome. I’ve booked again so that should say everything!”

Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. “Had a few alterations to the pesky emissions systems along with a remap on my Volvo S60 D5 215, the car has been transformed in to an absolute rocket ship, it's insane how much more responsive the car is all the way through the rev range, if she had wings she would take off, the car is absolutely unreal a completely different beast and the crazy thing is the fuel economy is now better than ever, it's as though the laws of physics have been broken, I could not recommend enough, if your in too minds just get it done I guarantee you will not be left disappointed.”

After leaving it with them they told me that my tracking was okay and that there’d be no charge. Very honest of them - they could’ve adjusted it even a bit and charged me. They ordered the part straight away and had it fixed the same day. What really impressed me was the extra effort — they close at 4pm but told me to carry on with my plans and just call when I was done, and they’d come back to let me collect my car.
