He spoke me through the whole cut and style and did his utmost to understand exactly what I wanted and what I'd love and feel confident with. “Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too!
