“The shop assistant Uwais provided excellent support and followed up my shop visit with helpful emails to answer questions about the sofa product. It felt personal and useful. He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space.
