   My son was a bright, energetic 14-year-old teenager when, in April 2025, a family event took a negative turn and deeply affected him. The shock had a profound impact on his emotional wellbeing and resulted in him developing alopecia. As a father, watching my son lose his confidence and break down emotionally was heartbreaking and I felt helpless. I don’t usually write reviews, but Specialist Consultant Emre and the team at ESTE were there for us in our time of need. I searched desperately for solutions, but due to my son’s young age, our options were extremely limited. From our very first consultation, Emre gave my son and me the reassurance we had been desperately looking for.    I recently had a hair transplant with Este Medical Group and the experience from start to finish was first class. The whole team were caring and professional throughout. My regional manager, Emre in Leeds, really looked after me — he explained the entire process clearly and helped put me at ease from the outset. My surgery took place in Birmingham, and the staff there couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. On the day of the transplant everything went smoothly. I had the AI robotic transplant, which worked really well and the procedure itself was handled professionally and calmly. I’ve also been very happy with the aftercare so far. Overall, I would definitely recommend Este Medical Group to anyone considering a hair transplant. I’ll post an update in a few months once I can share how well the hair has grown back.

   The service, care, and overall quality at Este have been exceptional. From the very start, my initial consultation with Gizem was extremely reassuring - she was helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions in detail. I opted to have the transplant at their partnered clinic in Istanbul, and the entire experience there was equally impressive. Transfers, a hotel double room, and two full days of treatment and care were all included and delivered to a very high standard. Since returning, the aftercare has been fantastic. Kadriye and the rest of the team have continued to provide outstanding support, with weekly laser sessions and monthly PRF treatments keeping everything on track. I’ve felt looked after throughout the entire process. Pictured is my current look after almost 3 months. If you require any more assurances, their website is extremely helpful with multiple transparent case studies showing the differing results of the procedure.

   A few sessions in and I’m so happy with my laser results! Absolutely pain free, I have had this particular consultant 2 times now (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) and will be asking for her again, she was super friendly, was checking I was ok throughout and made it a really nice and pleasant experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get the same customer service from the reception staff tonight. There was a slight miscommunication and I felt the receptionist was quite abrupt about it. Every other time has been spot on and very professional, so I’m guessing I just caught her on an off day, but I felt it was a little unprofessional I have to say!

   I have different range of treatments at the clinic today in Leeds and it is impressive to see vast knowledge of all my therapists. They were able to guide me in the right direction about what treatment would be best way forward specifically tailored for me during consultancy. There is an immediate trust Clinic gives you and they provide what you need only instead of over selling like many out there. I also visited their clinic in Istanbul - their entire team both here in the UK and in Turkey are super professional and both clinic has cutting-edge technology best-in class machines they use for treatments.

   Wow what a difference a location can make. Went here today for an Emsella service. Was greeted by a lovely young lady who had me do my forms. She was kind. Was even taken early which can’t always happen but did today. Diana was professional and guided me to proper placement and wanted to make sure I got the most for my treatment. Was free to pay when completed. There was some confusion about if they took American Express but they did and card went through. Clean and bright and modern machines and technology. I would visit them again and suggest them for your beauty needs!
