I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Nothing is too much bother and he is a genuine lovely man who provides a personal service as he remembers you and your furry friend(s) .Another time I needed Pete to take me to the vets, he unfortunately wasn't available but sorted me a Taxi out with one of his friends at a different firm that didn't mind transporting dogs.
