The nursery has a good learning environment and the staff always have creative activities set up. It is amazing to see the care, kindness and compassion they demonstrate every single day. “What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc). “After trying numerous groomers as one of our dogs gets very stressed having a groom, we found Kath. We've never looked back. Spike wouldn't walk for two weeks after a grooming session now he's out the same day running about. Kath grooms all our dogs to perfection and they look even more gorgeous when they come out than when they went in. Kath is a real dog lover and we trust her completely. The dogs always come first with Kath and we appreciate the level of care she puts in to every groom. Thanks Kath”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“Initial swim school is an amazing place to learn to swim or keep up the practice. The instructor are patient and knowledgeable and help you with every step until your comfortable. The swimming pool is a good length and the environment is good.”

“My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Thank you so much for helping him!”

“The best kennels around! My staffy has recently had a trial stay here for 2 nights. I used a different kennels in Bury last year and can safely say Shelleys' kennels is 10/10. The staff were so lovely on arrival, came out to the car to greet us and made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. I was shown around the kennels whilst another member of staff took my dog to play and the kennels are very clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant! I can't recommend Shelley's kennels enough and my dog can't wait to stay again! Thank you :)”

“Our cat Tilly, always stays here when we go away. Exceptionally friendly staff and the individual 'rooms' the cats stay in are very clean and have little doors which lead to a small outside space. Reasonably priced too. Wouldn't even consider putting Tilly anywhere else.”

“Interesting first visit to this place. Power cut during the live show, a drunk horse that looked like it could do with a kebab, the snooker table was a bit wonky and the fruit machine appeared to pay out in Deutsche Marks. The psychic offended my dad, who isn't remotely interested in touching up children. I got white gloss on my new jacket, and there were smouldering tissues in the toilet waste bin where someone had lobbed a cigar. The door staff also made inappropriate comments about the opening hours of my girlfriend's legs. Bar staff great, but the optics could probably do with lowering a bit as they were serving shorts in vases. The new Japanese lager they were promoting certainly packs a punch and got me absolutely wasted. Kids' play area was decent with a great snake-themed bouncy castle and a Berry chew dispenser. Unfortunately I didn't get any action when we got home as the machine selling the flavoured contraceptives appeared to be 10 years out of date. Overall, best place I've been for ages. Will be back :)”

“This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Been to Molly for training and back again to Dana for lip blush, due to go again for more training this weekend and I can honestly say I’m extremely excited to go back. The staff are so friendly, Molly is a fountain of knowledge and explains everything thoroughly to make sure if your training with her you come away feeling confident with what you’ve learned and if your getting a treatment that you understand the whole process. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️”

“Nice new wacky where house. Its separate from the pub. £5 per kid. Cheap as chips. You get a couple of hours playing. Food and drinks available. Staff were friendly and toilets were clean. Kids had a blast.”

“Just had a child's party here, very good all staffed made my daughters party fantastic, we privately hired and had the gold package and all kids got a slushy with there food and they loved it. It took the stress out of sorting the party I just had to turn up and everyrhing was done the cake was sliced up party bags done. The place was very clean before they party and they kept onto throughout our stay, after the party it was cleaned up very quickly for the next. Loads of seating lots of space and didn't feel crowded, would give 10/10 for this place and would recommend for a child's party place at a very good price for what we got ( we think so)”
