“A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady. I only wish there are more people like her in the world as it would be a much nicer place to live in. Thank you so much for you amazing service. Mr S Martyn”

“My son attended Bright Futures for almost 3 and a half years up until starting school. He absolutely loved the nursery and I cannot fault them. He received not only amazing care but his confidence and skills flourished. Hayley, Angela and Lauren really care about the children and this is reflected through the whole nursery. He left confident and ready for primary school and they’ve certainly helped with that!”

Staff are well trained on how to support children. I have seen good examples of staff implementing strategies to help support development. The nursery has a good learning environment and the staff always have creative activities set up. It is amazing to see the care, kindness and compassion they demonstrate every single day. Friendly atmosphere that is welcoming, approachable and a pleasant place to visit.”

“As a parent of a child who attended this nursery for two years. I cannot praise and thank the staff enough. My childs progress has been phenomenal. He even knows some sign language and is barely 3 years old. We only had to move him due to work commitments, however the staff did try to make some accommodations for us to allow him to remain, unfortunately this wasn't possible for us. Every review should be 5*, however it wouldn't do the work you do justice. Keep it up Broad Oaks.”

“Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
