Staff are well trained on how to support children. I have seen good examples of staff implementing strategies to help support development. The nursery has a good learning environment and the staff always have creative activities set up. It is amazing to see the care, kindness and compassion they demonstrate every single day. “Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
