Has the patience of a saint (particularly when we ask him to explain things to us) and appears to work all hours (someone give him a raise). He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”
