“I cannot recommend Sinead at Lifetime Health highly enough. We have tried all the remedies the internet, doctors and health visitor had suggested to help Jax deal with being in the car and pram, help him relax, ease his discomfort from reflux and other wee things that seemed to cause him distress. After one treatment we noticed a huge improvement, after the second he was almost like a different baby. Much more settled, he can cope with the pram, he can lie down without screaming, he has slept in his car seat. Even though he slept well before his treatment, I have noticed he is less tense when he is asleep and he seems to be in a much deeper sleep more often.”

“I really enjoyed the program and took so much away from every session. I would recommend everyone who is struggling with different and difficult aspects of life to make the move and join the program. I am sceptical about all these programs having had counseling, CBT ect they are good to but I didn't think they were for me. I saw the program and said to myself I'll try it give it a go. it's probably similar to the others I had done in the past but was willing to give it a try and it might be good. I talked to Catriona who gave me some information about the program. It sounded good but was still a bit sceptical. So Catriona gave me the date to start. From day one Caitriona was very easy to talk to and what was best she wasn't pushing me into taking the program. She gave me information and let me go away and think about the program and didn't push me to sign up untill I had a good think about the information she gave me. I decided to give the program a go, Caitriona signed me up and that was the start of my journey. I have to say that speaking to Caitriona about Mind Revitalise was by far the best program I have ever joined. It has given me the tools to be able to understand why I got over whelmed with so many tasks and how to break everything down. Positive thinking. Keeping a journal was the best piece of advice my Coach 'Caitriona' gave me and I am proof it works. No questions were "silly questions" with Catriona. She was so kind, understanding and a very helpful Coach, alway went the extra mile to help! I can't recommend Catriona enough for the time, work and tools I have to help me through what was a maze of unanswered questions and thinking "why can't i" or "I should be" I was getting nowhere with my thoughts or tasks that still needed to be done. I can tell you honestly that Caitriona is by far the best coach and if you have depression, anxiety low self esteem and a lack of belief in yourself, I personally recommend joining the Mind Revitalise program with Caitriona. Finding a coach like Caitriona with such empathy and willingness and understanding was fantastic, she gave me the tools to understand why I felt like I did and the tools to help with changing my thought process.it is unbelievable how one person could help me so much in each session and then when I finish the program I was reading through some of my notes I jotted down and I coul see and appreciate how far I have come. It a great feeling and achievement to know I have come so far Thank you so much Caitriona for coaching me through the Mind Revitalise program.”
