Convenience store in Newport Pagnell

“Never had any issues in this shop! I know all the staff & all the bosses ! They are decent people any issues they will try to resolve if they can't they will state this but customers expect them to solve it there and then ! For example I brought cheese ... it was in date but unfortunately when i opened it well lets say grated cheese was dust cheese but it got sorted and the others were all removed straight away out the fridge ... The young lad that use to work there has to be by far the funniest person who's ever worked in that shop, he is young he likes to just be his happy chappy self but most moaned about him but he is now in a bigger store as he was working down here not so long ago ! The locals are always in there chatting away if it isn't busy ! The shop is always smelling fresh and clean ! Boss man is a decent guy he will ask for ID but some don't like that but that's his job as they would go mad if he was serving under age items he shouldn't so I feel some people just nit pick when it comes to the ID part ! Kids go to a secondary school next to the shop and so many have tried they're luck with VAPES and Energy drinks and even I have said she is old enough I'm a regular he didn't take my word he still said no not till you come back with ID ! so the ID part is bang on in that shop ! Anyways I give this shop 10/10 compared to what it was like 20 years ago! Always dirty and the shop keeper use to hit kids with bats ! So massive upgrade from back then !”

“Great shop and you can get most things you need. It has recently had a refurbishment so looks nice clean and up to date and helpful staff. They also have self service tills so you can be in and out very quickly and I cannot praise them enough we are very lucky in Newport pagnell to have a wide choice of coops to choose from and are open most days and on a Sunday they shut at 4pm like most bigger stores. It is very handy to have another coop over the road when this happens.”

“I’ve had 2 kitchens from Aston Designs and both times the service and quality has been amazing and outstanding. You get very good and professional advice as to what can work in your space and options in how to achieve your objectives. My objectives were to maximise storage and make it look open and grand and not did I get that on an epic scale! The service was everything from idea, conception, design, products, delivery, installation and after sales tweaks, including all floor tiling matched to worktops. The product choice is very wide and there is something for everyone. Definitely recommended if you want luxury and quality at an affordable and reasonable price. “Wow! Boots not my first choice previously but just having used their services as an emergency, it was faultless! Two totally professionally ladies behind the counter, genuine concern & want to assist. Could not speak highly enough about them. Went over and above duty to help when original chemist had an urgent prescription passed to them from our Doctors, then closed its doors without notice due to staffing problems it stated. (not first time!) Pharmacist was inside but refused to serve even the urgent cases and old people waiting outside having already been told to return from earlier. Our prescription was already downloaded by them leaving Boots ladies in a very difficult position to repeat the required needs. Fast action taken, direct call to our doctors, a call at home within 15 mins to say sorted and ready to collect. Returned, on the spot service given. Companies are made by their staff not the name over the door,. Boot is not always number one for many people but with great ladies like this they would be the Go To! Thank you very much indeed!”
