“Went to see Ben last year to discuss my hair problems. On arrival we were greeted by ben and was made to feel at ease very quickly with my insecurity over my hair. He showed me some options and guided me to which suited me best a 2000graft FUE... he left the ball completely in my court and let me make my mind up a week or so later with no pushing or anything. I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge. So i signed the dotted line and away we went!, the procedure day came around and i had an easy day of it. Lay back for 7hrs relaxed and job was done. Over the moon with my new hair and with the crew at the haircare studio and with Ben himself. Lovely bloke.
