Dale is really down to earth but so professional, he was on time every day, in fact he was early most days. He made all the arrangements with the other tradesmen which relieved the pressure from us. We made a few changes on the fly to the original plan which Dale just made happen for us, without any fuss. Everywhere was left clean and tidy after each day, which again was something we really appreciated.
