I have had therapy for a while and although it helped lots I felt I hit a barrier and was struggling to progress with my healing which has lead me to try hypnotherapy. I have had 3 sessions and found after each session I felt less anxious, my mind has stopped dwelling so much on past pain and I have been less triggered.
