I wanted to write a review today because usually I just go for a cut which I think is great but for the first time ever I got my hair dyed using the balayage method. I had a free consultation first with Evie who set clear expectations of what I would get and what we would be able to achieve. She the. Booked in at her earliest convenience for me which was very soon after this appointment so I didn’t have to wait long at all. She gave ideas too on what would suit my hair and also really listened to what I wanted. As I had never had this process before she explained it all too and I didn’t feel silly for not knowing because she made me feel very welcome. When it came to actually having my hair done I have to say this is one of the best use of customer service experience I have ever had. She constantly checked up on me, offered me drinks and made sure I was understanding of the process. I actually learnt a lot about hair which was fun. She was chatty but also allowed me to do other things if I needed to. Honestly could not recommend her enough. I’m so in love with my new hair and although it will take some getting used to as I’ve always been a brunette I’m so glad that I got to experience it with Evie doing my hair. She was absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much :)”
