“Thank you for your excellent service today. I had pre-booked a wheelchair assessable taxi to take my mum, who is in residential care, with one passenger, my sister, out for coffee. My other sister and I followed in my car. The driver was very polite and kind towards us all. The driver made sure mum, in her wheelchair, was safe and secure. At pick up the driver confirmed our pre-booked return journey back which was very reassuring. I made the booking 2weeks ahead and then confirmed the booking 2days before. Each time I called, your call handlers, Rachel and Pete, were very helpful and gave me an estimate of fare. Thank you for making our trip out with mum today that bit easier. Catherine and sisters.”
