(Sorry if that’s not how you spell your name) We’ve been loyal Domino’s customers for a long time, ordering every month and spending around £60–£70. It’s our go-to for family nights and we always look forward to it. Unfortunately, our most recent order didn’t live up to the usual standard, both pizzas had poor presentation and just didn’t look right. It was disappointing, especially considering how often we order. We called the store straight away to raise our concerns. That’s when Gabe, the assistant manager, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was understanding, professional, and genuinely apologetic. Without hesitation, he offered to repeat the full order for free next time, no fuss, no hassle, just great service. Gabe handled everything with such care and made us feel like our loyalty really mattered. Thanks to him, what could’ve been a frustrating experience became a reminder of why we keep coming back.
