I called 15 minutes before closing time but the lady I spoke to was amazing, she went through every detail with me and nothing was too much trouble. The day before the funeral she messaged me to say that the wreath had been delivered and even sent me a photo of it. It was perfect, and exactly what I had wanted. I trust Claire completely, and asked for rainbow flowers and the only flower I asked for was thistles. Otherwise I knew Claire would get beautiful, seasonal and colourful flowers. Claire arrived to the hotel where we were getting ready with the bouquet, and it was just stunning. it was beyond what i had hoped for. Claire was also very very thorough with explaining correct handling and how not to stain the dress! Claire also did our table decorations, she delivered them to the venue and made sure they were correctly handled by the staff so they stayed fresh for our arrival. Her love for her work is shines through everything she does.”
