In recent times as a result of change in my own personal health circumstances I am experiencing the benefits of County Carer's full range of caring capabilities. My day to day requirements are being met by home carers who have been selected from the care team whose skills are directly aligned to my needs. I am partly confined to my home but never feel the isolation of entrapment because the attentions of my primary visiting carer and her support . I would never under estimate the dedication with which Katie goes about her daily duties. I find this young lady applies honesty and care to everything she does be it domestic support activity or comfort and communication. On joint external visits for shopping etc I find her attention to my safety and well- being to be of the highest order and a true reflection of the principles I understood to be the focus of the owners and management team I feel happy with their ministrations and hope for all our sakes it may continue.”
