“When the house sold I notified Clayton Mott and Lawton, Sutton in Ashfield. I worked very closely with the conveyancer, Vicky, she was supportive throughout the whole process. We came across an issue with the flying freehold and unfortunately delayed the sale of the property until the issue was rectified. Vicky was helpful and carried out the work to correct the flying freehold issue. She worked really hard to rectify the issue and did this in a timely manner. I was kept informed throughout.
