“Lovely service provided and nice genuine people. Booked a BMW Z4 in for front shock absorbers, rear spring and MOT. Price was very fair and all the works and parts fitted at JGAutos beat the price quoted just for parts from BMW. Called and was booked in a week from date of calling which is incredible, and all this was turned around within 36 hours from drop off to collection. Could have collected sooner. The lady on the phone listened to my concerns about the car and called me back with the details I needed to know within 10 minutes. Car feels like new and I’m so pleased. They also fixed my mums Alfa 159 recently which many garages have refused to even look at, again, all done with a fair price and they even collected and dropped it off as MOT had expired and was in limp mode.
