They found her feet hair had so impacted that when they sorted it they had to put antiseptic cream on. They were so gentle and reassuring with her she became very relaxed, not sure she wanted to leave. Took three shampoos and lots of ear buds lol. THANK YOU so much Tania, Simona and Tilly. You amazing are all amazing. Simona even mixed a special shampoo just for her needs, wow. Due to their excellent care today have booked my spaniel in immediately lol. Def recommend wholeheartedly.”
