“My first impressions of Paul and the team for Clumber Consultancy was that they were really empathetic to the fact that there were quite a few people in the room that had not only lost their jobs of many years but also the working relationships that were built along the way when our company became insolvent. There was so much more appreciation for the situation we found ourselves in (quite unexpectedly) compared to the administrators, who during our first encounter with them, were very 'matter of fact'. Clumber gave ample time and opportunity for people to ask any questions, including quite a few of us that had no choice but to attend the meeting virtually. Paul was able to guide us all through the initial process for claiming unpaid wages, holiday, redundancy and lieu of notice, through the redundancy payment service, and he also gave us the reassurance that Clumber would be on hand to support us all and help to complete a lot of the hard work with the claims to help make the whole thing go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
