He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things fitness and nutrition related. He understands my goals, tailors my workouts, keep things varied and knows how to motivate me. I actually look forward to the sessions; they are tough but always good fun and Will is very patient / supportive with me. My body shape is noticeably different, I feel fitter and much more energised. The space itself is a bit 'back to basics' but that fits the welcoming, inclusive, no frills atmosphere. “Great loads of good coaches but not only do you learn you have a good time when you learn with people who have competed at British but future Olympians my child has been going since she was 18 mounts old it is the best she has learnt loads and now is competing at Yorkshire gymnastics competitions and might be going to national finals next year .It is really the best highly recommended”
