She discusses what I want before we begin and is clearly listening and attentive as I am always happy with my trim. She also provides great advice on styles that may suit or not when I think about changing up. All the staff are friendly and they create a great atmosphere in the shop, I look forward to it as a social experience as well as the haircut, plus for the quality of cut, the prices are extremely affordable! If you want an honest review of how good Mr Toffs is, you will usually find a queue outside the shop before they open each morning. Can't say I've ever seen that at any other Barbers.”
